Oliver entered the event business because he loves music. When Dirk asked him to create a business on their own, he took on the responsibility to build and grow a highly effective event team. As the art director of the agency, he coordinates all artistic works and plans the required technical aspects of events and exhibition booths to achieve maximum impact for the clients’ key communication targets. He also leads the creative process of making event concepts and always encourages employees and freelancers to improve and stay away from the beaten path.
