If we had to define Lydia with a phrase, it would be the well-known quote by Charles Darwin “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives, it is the one that is the most adaptable to change” Lydia thrives on change, adapting easily and seeing change as an opportunity. In this current world, where uncertainty is the greatest challenge, the ability to adapt is what makes you grow every day. This vision of life and the world is what awakens her need to investigate, experiment, and her desire for continuous learning.
She has 17 years of experience in the world of marketing, communication, sponsorships and events, working for the most relevant and international brands as Adidas Group, Aegon, Arvato, BMW, BBVA, Coca-Cola, De Lage Landen, Iberostar, Levis Strauss&Co, Mercedes-Benz, Mondelez International and Sotogrande S.A.
Although her training was initially focused on civil engineering, her work coordinating events while studying, led her to realize that her passion was events. So once she finished the engineering career she began her studies in Business Administration and Management in Staffordshire University and Business Management, Marketing and Public Relations by ESERP.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, she created her first company at age 24 and for 15 years she has worked in her two companies with international and important clients. She is also a professor and jury in the Corporate Communication Master of a known Business School.
Her professional focus is on marketing, communication and events strategy, always measuring results including ROI, KPIs and NPS.
Used to coordinating design, proposal and execution of campaigns and events taking special care of every detail. She believes in the importance and value of marketing and communication, in companies that are committed, transparent, with a CSR spirit implicit in their DNA and in the combination of hard work and continuous learning.
