DDG Smart Marketing is an events agency specializing in the production of bespoke events and marketing campaigns. We work on the local, national and European stage. We’ve been innovating in this area for 25 years and we’re now growing faster than ever.

About you

Your experience

• Educated to bachelor’s level (or above) in event management/ marketing/ communications or hospitality
• 2 years of experience in event production (inc online) within a marketing or communications organization
• You have an affinity with marketing & dem gen activities
• Good knowledge of CRM systems, Adobe Creative, IOS, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint etc)
• You’re bilingual and have excellent spoken and written English and Dutch (native or fluent)
• You like working in systems (for mailings, creating campaigns etc.)
• Willingness to come to the office part-time for at least the familiarization period
• Are you a management support professional? Then this job might also be your cup of tea!
• Important competences: team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a hands-on mentality, analytical, commercially aware and not afraid to negotiate, stress-resistant, eye for detail.
• Be willing to tackle new challenges
• Excellent spoken and written English and French / Dutch

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Managing online & live events – you’ll be in charge of the smooth execution of online and live events
• Demand generated activities
  • Creating campaigns for webinars – ebooks & third party media
  • Third party mailing
  • Webinar support
  • Managing processes and tools
  • Building project plans, debriefs, budgets and project scripts;
  • Planning and reporting the progress of projects, internally and to customer;
  • Delivering the project seamlessly;
  • Problem solving for our clients and being the ever-smiling, upbeat ambassador for DDG
