Your experience

  • Educated in Finance and HR
  • 3-5 years’ experience in administrative / supportive roles
  • Deep knowledge of Belgian HR regulations and administration
  • Familiarity with Exact software is a pre.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, etc) and affinity with computers (linking different systems)
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch
  • Important competences: team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a hands-on mentality, analytical, stress-resistant, eye for detail, high level of integrity.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Finance Support
    • creditor management
    • debtor management
    • bank entries
    • prepare payments
    • keep track of email inbox
    • prepare tax return
    • link purchase invoices in the system
  • Management Support
    • Manage the agenda of our Manager Belgium, liaising with internal staff and external individuals and organizations to schedule and arrange meetings.
    • Provide logistical support for meetings
    • Manage Office email account our Manager Belgium, assisting in correspondence/communications with internal and external parties
    • Assists in the preparation of documents and gathering, analysis and reporting of data where appropriate.
  • HR Operational Support
    • We are happy to make you responsible for various administrative (HR) activities and the associated coordination. This includes, for example, arranging matters prior to the commencement of employment of a new colleague and his/her home workplace, registering absenteeism reports and passing on personnel or salary changes. Liaise with team members to ensure productivity and planning are on track
