PERSONAL ASSISTANT WITH FOCUS ON HR

We are looking for a proactive multi-tasker with focus on HR. As we have big plans at DDG Smart Marketing!

As Personal Assistant, you will have a central, confidential and coordinating role within DDG. You will have a responsible job with lots of challenges where you will become an important go-to person for the CEO as well as the rest of the team.

When you’ll be working
At least 4 days per week.

Where you’ll be working
A mixture between home and our lovely office in Baarn, The Netherlands. We’re flexible!
You will also be working in our Belgium office once a month.

Your experience

  • Educated to bachelor’s level (or above)
  • Secretarial qualification with focus on HR
  • 2-5 years experience in secretarial, HR or personal assistant roles
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint etc)
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch
  • Important competences: team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a hands-on mentality, analytical, commercially aware, stress-resistant, eye for detail, high level of integrity, organizational sensitivity

What you’ll be doing day to day

Management Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, liaising with internal staff and external individuals and organizations to schedule and arrange meetings.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings
  • Manage CEO’s Office email account, assisting in correspondence/communications with internal and external parties
  • Assists in the preparation of documents and gathering, analysis and reporting of data where appropriate;

HR Operational Support

  • We are happy to make you responsible for various administrative (HR) activities and the associated coordination. This includes, for example, arranging matters prior to the commencement of employment of a new colleague and his/her home workplace, registering absenteeism reports and passing on personnel or salary changes.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure productivity and planning are on track
