DDG Smart Marketing is an events agency specializing in the production of bespoke events and marketing campaigns. We work on a local, national and European level. We’ve been innovating in this area for 25 years and we’re now growing faster than ever.

Your experience

• Educated to bachelor’s level (or above) in event management/ marketing/ communications or hospitality
• 4-7 years of proven agency experience in event production or communications
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint etc)
• You have excellent spoken and written English and Dutch skills (native or fluent)

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Producing events – you’ll be in charge of receiving and interpreting the project brief to maximize client value, be it face to face, hybrid or online
• Building real relationships – as the account manager you’ll be an ever-smiling, consultative, problem solving powerhouse for your clients
• Ensuring operational excellence. This means you’ll be:
  • Creating event proposals (including creative concepts)
  • Purchasing and planning
  • Coordinating and communicating before, during and after the events
• Building project scripts, plans, debriefings and budgets
• Happily managing and motivating your team
• Leading in the optimisation of the business process through continual reflection and improvement
