Even the smallest details matter, our local teams will carefully manage all the event logistics so your staff can focus on interacting with the attendees. Onsite we manage the welcome and registration process, we help speakers feel at ease and assist them in getting to any rehearsals. We oversee all event-related activities on the day by creating and using a detailed script. Before the event, we will have an overall supplier’s meeting at the venue to go through the script to ensure all parties are aligned and exactly know what to do.
You can relax, knowing that the DDG team will take care of all logistics. Our teams will be on hand to ensure everything is well organised and runs smoothly.

On the 8th of October we had the incredible opportunity to organise the Spirit of Wipro run, which took place in several cities around the world. In the Netherlands we welcomed an amazing group of atlethes at the iconic Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam. The atmosphere in the stadium was electrifying, as colleagues joined in with their families.
